URGENT NOTIFICATION: COMPULSORY AND FREE VACCINATION FOR STUDENTS (15 years to 18 years)

SAINT JOHN’S ACADEMY
MIRZAPUR ROAD
KARCHANA, PRAYAGRAJ
TIME: 10:00am to 03:00pm

As per Government Advisory, a MEGA VACCINATION CAMP against Covid pandemic will be held at Saint John’s Academy on
12th January 2022,Wednesday (Classes XI & XII) and 13th January 2022, Thursday (Classes IX & X).
Parents are requested to get their child vaccinated (in the aforementioned categories) on the scheduled dates.

Note:
1) All students are required to bring a photocopy of their Aadhaar card along with details of mobile number.
2) This is mandatory as unvaccinated children are liable to be denied permission for entry into classrooms/ school premises thereafter.
